I have the biggest crush on this store named Target. There I said it I have a crush on Target. It’s probably a co-dependent relationship. And, every time we meet my heart flutters a bit. Now the thing with a crush is sometimes we have to hold on tight before someone swoops in on my crush.
Like this wood-like cookbook holder. I had to hold on tightly to this one before someone got their hands on it.
crush on Target
Target is one of the few retailers I love to visit (versus a few clicks and an online shopping cart). Shopping at Target is like old school dating versus the trendier like and swipe dating.
Target is familiar and comfortable.
Target stores are like a Catholic mass in a foreign country. We may not understand what the priest is saying in his native language, but we all follow the sit, stand and kneel prompts.
No matter what city I am in I know the aisles and merchandise at Target. As consumers, we pretty much know where to find the calendars, dollar section, and my favorite contour sticks for under $5.00.
Sidenote: I suggest everyone hang out with a millennial to learn how to apply a contour stick correctly!
And, sometimes it’s the familiar that gives us comfort. This table runner was in the dollar section.
I think this crush is a solid relationship.
