Hi Everyone! My camera broke over the weekend. After 10+ years and thousands of “good enough” photos, the shutter shut down. I learned (learning) how to take photos in manual mode with that camera. I shared my crazy
photography ah-ha moment here. That was almost a year ago. I took my camera’s status as a sign that the camera in my Amazon shopping cart was just a click away. While waiting for it to arrive, I spent the last few nights clearing the images from my old camera (while watching Better Call Saul).
And, apparently, I have an unconscious love of seating arrangements (chairs). Yep. I have an unusually large volume of seating arrangements with bar stools and chairs.
I found and purchased these chairs at Williams-Sonoma. The funny thing was I was online searching for zucchini spiralizer, with a $37 balance on a gift card from Christmas and ended up with four white upholstered chairs and a bench.
I shared the funny and expensive purchase and then this happened.
The upholstered chairs sit around this solid table we bought when we moved back to Denver. It’s totally impractical for eating because of the surface’s raw edge. But, I love it and everyone talks about it when they see it. Behind the upholstered chairs are these two barstools for the open seating we created when we knocked out this wall.
Visions of a breakfast bar gave way to a drop off site for the mail and Amazon. #argh
I fell in love with the simplicity of this seating arrangement; just two metal farmhouse chairs side by side.
And, this chair tucked next to our fireplace in the family room. I shared this on my plant post the other day. And, that sign above the chairs? It’s perfect.
I found the pillow (and it’s twin) at HomeGoods. I love the shade of blue and that gold zipper. These pillows were less than $17.00 a piece. I was a little surprised because they are down filled with a detachable cover. A lady in line at HomeGoods said she found the same pillows in velvet at Christmas. #goals
This was one of the last photos before my camera crashed with a slew of error messages.
