No Butter, No Bake Reduced Fat Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Cookies :
1/4 cup skim milk, 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder , 2 TBSP sugar. 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter, 1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats, 2 Teaspoons canola oil.
1. Mix milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan over LOW heat.
2. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, add peanut butter until melted.
3. Stir in oatmeal and canola oil.
4. Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
