Hi everyone~ This is fun DIY project you can do in an hour if you (or a neighbor) own a jigsaw! All you need for these DIY headstones are thin sheets of plywood and craft paint! Oh, and alphabet stencils unless you have great hand writing skills on rough plywood! I made my original headstones a few years ago HERE and now I just repaint and update the “headers.” I love catching my neighbors driving by and straining to read the headstones! It’s the little things people!
I have done these both free hand and with stencils. My handwriting is great on paper, but it doesn’t translate to plywood. I found these sticky back stencils on clearance at Michaels last year. I knew I put them to good use!
