With two teenage boys who play multiple sports; sweaty, muddy and stained uniforms are a given. One of my high school age sons plays rugby. Rugby players inherently gravitate towards grass, mud and blood. In rugby, the term “blood sub” occurs when a player must exit the field because of a blood induced hit. The only thing worse than a pair of dirty shorts is when my son brings home a week’s worth of muddy uniforms and jerseys he stashed in the back car. It’s a potential hazmat situation by Friday. However, I don’t freak out about the dirty, smelly jerseys and shorts because I found the all® POWERCORE™ Pacs OXI. With the debut of Rugby 7’s in the 2016 Summer Olympics and my teens settling into a summer routine it was the perfect opportunity to give my sons a laundry tutorial. all® POWERCORE™ Pacs OXI made this teenage laundry tutorial so easy. My goal was to teach my teenage sons how to do their laundry and show that more responsibility still allows plenty of time for kids to be kids!

The first step was to purchase the all® POWERCORE™ Pacs OXI at Walmart because of the convenience of running in and out when I only have a few minutes. As part of the tutorial, I brought my older son along to show him where to find the laundry detergent when he doesn’t have his mom nearby in college. I scheduled 15 minutes out of my boys ENTIRE summer to teach my sons how to do their laundry. I wanted to make this tutorial as painless as possible. I believe visuals are an effective tool in any tutorial so I started with my older son ‘s laundry.I had one of my boys drag his laundry into the laundry room.
