Fall is my favorite season. The earlier sunsets brings thoughts of simmering soups and fresh bread (or the bread in the refrigerator tube). Soups and chili are my go to meals this time of year. And you can’t make soup without bowls.
I recently shared how these soup starters. changed my life and made me feel like a better mom. Dinner cheats make my kitchen smell like I know how to cook. It’s all about smoke and mirrors.
Now I create (almost) handmade soups every week. And, this new tradition deserves new soup bowls.. for my family, of course. That’s my story….
The fall season and soup recipes are the perfect reason for new soup bowls.. for my family..remember. I fell in love with these double handled soup bowls from the same store where I ended up with a dining room set after a search for a Zucchini Spiralizer. Nothing I do can be said in a five word sentence.

When my bowls arrived on my front porch I actually stashed the box in the back of the car. My family thinks I have a slight issue with bowls and plates. I needed to make room for the white, porcelain, double handed shiny new bowls. I needed to create the illusion the bowls had always been in the cabinet. Or, perhaps arranged on a table with seasonal M&M’s. Candy always throws my family off the scent…. of mom’s hoarding tendencies.
