Happy Friday! Except it’s now Sunday! Yep, that’s how
busy distracted I got on Friday. It’s been a busy week with a trip to NYC last weekend with my baby boy. Today is a catch-up day and I want to share five finds for Halloween fun.
5 Finds for Halloween Fun
I found this funny sign at HomeGoods and didn’t buy it! When I stopped by a few days later, the sign was gone. I needed two- one for me and one for my sissy who lives in Knoxville. It’s the thrill of the hunt. Maybe I can find a few on clearance. Did any of you see this sign?
I love an easy Halloween treat.
Check out what Annie did to make her mash potatoes a Halloween side dish.
This was my son’s Halloween costume one year. Any ideas what he is doing? He’s thinking outside the box. I can’t tell if this is his thinking face or his, “Mom, don’t take my picture face.” Either way, it was a very last minute idea and a reminder to upcycle those brown boxes.
If you missed the best Halloween costume ever you can check it out here. Trust me, it’s the best ever!

I love this image of a few trees in Central Park on last week’s trip with my son. The shadows at the end of the day give it a bit of a spooky vibe. If you want a bit of the history of Halloween’s this is a fun read.
