I am so excited to share how I created spring plates in minutes! I love this very easy spring plate idea. I am a bit of a dish freak. I have used stronger language to describe my dish obsession, but this is a family friendly blog. I love plates, mugs and salad plates. With every season I need my plates to represent the season. The issue with my dish obsession is space gets tight when I need to store the out of season dishes. I recently moved a few of my plates to my china cabinet. And, what I found is that stacked plates are kind of boring. If you look closely this plates have snow flakes engraved on them. Gasp! I needed a way to disguise my snowflake plates to look like spring plates? And then I came up with this idea to create spring plates in minutes.
So I tied my out of season plates with ribbon creating spring plates in minutes. The ribbon adds color to my cabinet and I can display out of season plates. Can’t wait for Halloween! On second thought, I need the next few months to detox from the 6 1/2 months of chocolate fueled holidays!

I thought I was the only one! LOL I love dishes too….dish whore/dish addict, what’s the difference, right? 🙂 The hubby can’t understand why we have so many dishes and I won’t even discuss my silverware fetish. BTW, I have those plates… 🙂
