Hi everyone? Happy Mother’s Day to anyone who mothers. Anyone recognize the line “You can’t spell smother without mother.” Name the actor in the comments! So for my own Mother’s Day gift I search Etsy to find artisans from across the country (and world). I find myself heading to Etsy for one of a kind finds. Over the past year I decided I was over the handbags that were stamped or tagged with designers initials or full names. The specialness wears off when everyone has the same bag. Does anyone else feel that way? I stick to my must have name brands like Brooks running shoes and I do love my Longchamp navy handbag my daughter and husband purchased HERE.
Today I am sharing a few favorite Etsy stores in case some of you didn’t get quite what you wanted for Mother’s Day. What I love about Etsy’s dashboard is you can click “favorite” so you can find that one shop with the one must have you need. With so many options for just about anything it’s nice to save the favorites for future reference! Enjoy the list! Leave your favorite shop in the comments please!!!
Melissa’s Stitches is where I found these personalized bath towels. I ordered these towels for my boys in hopes I could use them to be accountable for the towels on the bathroom floor. Well, they look good and the Denver Bronco colors are a side note. These are the colors they each love!
I am shopping on Etsy a lot. My sister found a great handbag for a lot less and it’s made in the USA! I think Etsy is one of the reasons designer handbags are having sluggish sales these days! Here’s the link to her store. My sister said the owner is super friendly and quick to respond. Visit her at Monday Morning Studios. I love the waxed canvas look!
I love this huge monogram wood sign I found at Plane and Saw. I have not ordered one yet, but I emailed the shop’s owner about a lower case letter and she got back to me. I am saving this for after we finish this living room wall project.
I am in love with pillow covers. I ordered several from Pillows 4 Everyone. I ordered the Sleigh Bell pillow and maybe a few more.
When I think Etsy I think handmade items I can touch! But did you know for a few dollars you can purchase clipart. Look at these cute retro kitchen images from My Cute Lobster Designs
I purchased several cute pieces from this store Loft415, not to be confused with the LOFT. But, it helped me remember this shop before I started clicking favorites! I have ordered a few pieces from Loft 415 at reasonable prices and they are handmade in California. Please share your favorite Etsy shops in the comments!
