Summer time means pool days, play dates, crazy schedules (some things never change) and more kids around the house at dinner time! Today I am sharing 5 variations of the classic pizza. Pizza is a classic meal and the crust, cheese, sauce and any number of topping assortments it’s a crowd pleaser even for the pickiest of eaters. And, there is no shame in a take and bake pie! I didn’t include this on my 5 ways to mix up the classic pizza, but it is a staple on Tuesdays at our house. Every Tuesday. All of these ingredients store easily in the refrigerator so stock up for the summer. I buy shredded mozzarella in bulk this time of year. What’s your favorite variation of the classic pizza?

2. I shared my version of English muffin pizzas. No recipe needed as these require sauce, cheese and topping on an English muffing. I brush a little olive oil on each English muffin. These are also great for new cooks in the kitchen because they work well in a toaster oven.
3. What Lisa Cooks made these pizza rolls. How easy are these for after a day at the pool when appetites are on high alert.
4. How awesome does this Pepperoni Pizza bread loo? I found this of the classic pizza at Tablespoon by Girl Versus Dough.
5. OMG I love this Pepperoni chicken pizza bake from Kayln’s Kitchen.
