Basketball Hoop On Wall

I My son loves to play basketball. He plays outside for hours, but still loves to shoot in his room before bed (before school, before homework, before..).  The basketball  hoop and stand took up alot of floor space and was tipping over (with his ever growing strength).  So, my girlfriend came up with this idea! She is an organizational genius!  She [Read more…]

Removing Interior Shutters:

One of the things we loved about our house  was the custom shutters. They were beautiful and were such an upgrade from anything we had ever had in a window window.  And, then a funny thing happened last summer… I was at a neighbor’s house and she had wide open windows looking into her backyard.
