Today I am sharing a few diy landscape ideas. I wrote about our back yard nightmare here. Our backyard needs TLC. It’s showing signs of neglect and it feels like every solution involves tens of thousands of dollars. My {first} husband and I are in two different camps on how to make the space more presentable. Judging from this photo any change would be an improvement:

Here are a few diy landscape ideas I found for my yard from BH&G. I love this first yard idea for a walkway. The mulch and oversized pavers make for an affordable option.
Here is another idea for a walkway. Do you like it? I don’t know if I love it because I imagine the rock getting mixed into the grass. Not fun for a lawnmower!
I love this small bistro table and chairs tucked into a corner of the yard. It looks pretty. Of course, I can hear my {first} husband asking “Who is going to ever sit over in a corner of the yard?”
So I found this idea. If you have a larger table and more chairs.. you now have an entertaining space!
And, finally I love this hanging chaise! Love it! Now I think I need an addition to my patio or a pergola so I can have an oversized, swinging chaise! Sounds rational to me! What’s your favorite!
