HI There- How many of you set new year resolutions? I kind of do- how’s that for a non-committal resolution? If your resolutions include healthier snacks or an increase in fiber intake this 3 ingredient baked garbanzo beans snack is perfect! And, like the title says; these are not your grandma’s baked beans!
Not your grandma's baked beans
Ingredients
- 1 CAN OF GARBANZO BEANS
- OLIVE OIL
- SEA SALT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325-350
- SPRAY BAKING SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY
- DRAIN BEANS, POUR ON BAKING SHEET, DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER BEANS
- ADD SEA SALT
- BAKE FOR 3--45 MINUTES DEPENDING ON HOW CRISPY YOU LIKE THE BEANS. I HAVE PLAYED AROUND WITH COOKING TIMES. SET THE TIME YOU DON'T WANT TO BURN THEM!
I like to make up to 2 cans of baked garbanzo beans and then snack on them during the week. I am using these baked garbanzo beans to curb my potato chip salty addiction. Enjoy!
